1. Rules and conditions of sale

The e-shop www.MojeKamagra.shop is only responsible for obligations in written form. The contract between the customer and the online store is valid only after the customer agrees to the terms and conditions. By sending the order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.

2. Offer and availability of goods

The list of goods listed on our website marked "IN STOCK" can be purchased. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for other reasons, the MojeKamagra store will inform the customer immediately. Goods marked "OUT OF STOCK" cannot be purchased. In the long term, however, we have all the goods in stock in the required quantity.

3. Description of goods

The MojeKamagra e-shop points out that the appearance of the actually delivered goods may differ slightly from the image shown, if a new delivery of goods with new packaging takes place in the meantime. MojeKamagra eshop, however, guarantees that the type of goods you order will be delivered to your specified address.

4. Prices and payment terms

The listed prices are incl. VAT. The buyer pays for the goods by CASH on delivery, i.e. when taking over the goods from the Czech Post on the day of delivery.

5. Transportation costs

Our online e-shop offers FREE shipping for all ordered products with a total price over CZK 2,000. Only in the case of a customer's request for a method of transport with a surcharge, this surcharge will be charged in the specified amount upon completion of your order or as agreed with our Customer Service through the form in the "Contact" menu.

6. Delivery conditions

The delivery period starts from the moment the customer's order is received. In case of unforeseen circumstances, our online store reserves the right to extend the deadline for the delivery of the goods, the customer will be informed of this fact immediately via the above email. The MojeKamagra e-shop is not responsible for the extension of the delivery period of the goods, which was caused by the carrier, i.e. by Czech post. 85% of all shipments are delivered by default on the next working day after the order by the customer. But the condition is that the order must be made by 1:00 p.m. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day morning and, if necessary, on Saturday. The company providing transport services is responsible for product defects caused by transport.

7. Order cancellation

The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract in writing (a message by email will suffice) without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.

8. Return of goods

If for some reason the customer cannot return the goods in their original intact condition or if the returned goods are damaged, the customer loses the right to a refund of the price of the goods.

9. Liability

The information on the safe use of products contained on these pages for individual products is in no way a substitute for advice and examination by a doctor. It is important to consult your health problems and the possible use of these products with your doctor before using them. In no case do we recommend using the information on the products for self-diagnosis and determining the method of treatment for your health problems.

10. Protection of personal data

Our online store guarantees the confidentiality of the data obtained. Your name or private information will not be provided to third parties and is only used to deliver the goods ordered by the customer.

11. Place of dispatch of goods

The goods you ordered will be sent via the Czech Post.
